The findings could lead to new medicines to help people who have inherited blood-clotting disorders, researchers say.

The coldest week since 2010 was recorded at the University of Reading’s Atmospheric Observatory last week.

They are protesting over issues like pension cuts, working conditions and pay: which they say has fallen 20%.
