Two brothers who caused thousands in train cancellations after a disturbance at Doncaster train station have been jailed.

Despite staff at the UK’s largest rail operator continuing to work during the train strike, the company will only able to run just 20% of its services.

The union said it was the biggest endorsement for industrial action by railway workers since privatisation in the 1990s.
