The report has revealed that socks, clothes and boxer shorts 'impregnated' with highly toxic drugs were sent into the prison for inmates to smoke.

A spokesperson for HMP Parc said "next of kin have been informed and our thoughts are with his family and friends".

A Prevention of Future Deaths report has been published in relation to HMP The Mount in Hertfordshire.
