Paramilitaries

The Department of Justice has launched a new campaign to highlight ongoing harm caused by paramilitaries.

A Westminster Committee has said that the Government should provide funding to sustain PSNI officer levels and reduce the threat of paramilitary violence.

The Independent Reporting Commission also highlighted incidents including the attempted murder of Detective Chief Inspector John Caldwell.
