The allegations, filed in a lawsuit on Monday, come alongside a second lawsuit accusing the rapper of assaulting a 17-year-old in 2008.

A Houston lawyer described the victims as 60 males and 60 females, and said that 25 were minors at the time of the alleged misconduct.

The judge said the prosecution had proved "by clear and convincing evidence" that nothing could guarantee Combs wouldn't tamper with witnesses.
