Two mothers are preparing for their second Christmas without their daughters, after they were murdered within days of each other in a wave of gun crime.

Thomas Cashman, 35, was jailed for life for shooting the nine-year-old dead at her home in Dovecot, Liverpool, on 22 August 2022.

Olivia's relatives told ITV News reporter Chloe Keedy they are "still fighting" for a change in the law to force offenders into attending sentencing hearings.
