The parents of Nicole Rich, who had Batten disease, have announced their beloved daughter has died from 'severe complications resulting from a chest infection'.

Nicole and Jessica Rich have Batten Disease. For years the family have had to travel for hours for treatment. It will now be available at the RVI Newcastle.
