A 19-year-old man, who was a front seat passenger in a white Audi SQ5, was pronounced dead at the scene.

Birmingham Crown Court heard the wall was ‘decidedly unsafe’ and no one should have been working anywhere near it.

Hakeem, who was known to authorities, died alone and "gasping for air" in the garden at the home of a friend where his mother had been staying.
