The 34-year-old Calvin Parris appeared at Cardiff Crown Court via video link and spoke only to confirm his name and enter his guilty plea.
Marshall Scurfield, 22, has been jailed for four years for arranging the delivery from the Netherlands, which had an estimated street value of £140,000.
