An Australian woman accused of serving her ex-husband’s family poisonous mushrooms pleaded not guilty to three charges of murder and five of attempted murder.

Erin Patterson is charged with three counts of murder and five counts of attempted murder after three of her family members died following a lunch she served.

Erin Patterson, 49, was charged on Thursday by Victoria state police, after hosting a lunch for family members of her former husband in July.
