Midlands Unemployment

Michael Pearce from Nottingham lost his job in August. He says he's struggling with the lack of opportunity having applied for a thousand jobs, with no success.

The level of unemployment in the Midlands has risen between April and June according to the Office for National Statistics (ONS).
