During a visit Jersey, Michel Roux Jr has encouraged anyone considering a career in hospitality to "give it a go" and shared his favourite local delicacy.

Michel Roux died at his home in Bray, Berkshire and had battled with the long-standing lung condition, idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis.
