A brand-new city centre primary school located in the heart of Manchester's growing skyscraper district has opened it's doors.

The former Manchester City Council chief is credited as the man who 'reinvented' the city.

The fly tipper had been advertising his business on Facebook, and was dumping customer's rubbish onto the street.
