The M3 was closed for much of the night after two vehicles collided on the northbound carriageway near Winchester

Dr Nick Payne, who was an Emergency Department Consultant at Frimley Park Hospital, died in the single vehicle crash on Tuesday evening (October 1).

The driver of the vehicle, a man in his 50s, was pronounced dead at the scene.
