Litter Picking

Nearly 400kg of rubbish has been collected in a community litter pick effort to keep the River Annan clean.

Voluntary litter pickers claim the council do not empty the bins enough and rubbish is "constantly overflowing".

Sebastian Fisher, 6 and from Jersey, had noticed there was a lot of rubbish on the roads and wanted to do something about it.
