Labour Shadow Chancellor promised more money for the NHS in Wales and schools.

Welsh Labour leadership candidate Vaughan Gething says he'll focus on education as he sets his sights on taking over from Mark Drakeford as First Minister.

Labour will launch it's manifesto in Manchester with a promise to introduce a 'Budget Responsibility lock' and cut the deficit every year.
