Beacons lit up the skies across Cumbria and the south of Scotland last night to celebrate the Queen's Platinum Jubilee.
The lighting of the beacons was part of an international ceremony kicking off four days of celebrations in honour of Her Majesty's 70 years on the throne.
Beacons were lit from Stonehenge to the Isles of Scilly, as part of a nationwide celebration.
