Boris Johnson will not face an IOPC investigation into his links with American business woman Jennifer Arcuri while he was mayor of London.

The host of Lorraine told the US businesswoman that she ‘didn’t answer any of the questions’ that were put to her.

The businesswoman has made a series of claims about the prime minister, claims dismissed as "vexatious" by the Conservative Party.
