The plaque will be unveiled by Homecomers Sally Bohan and Patsy Martel, whose family continues to maintain the Hammond Memorial.
The families and supporters of soldiers from Oxfordshire lined the streets on Wednesday to welcome the 23 Pioneer Regiment home.
