A video of Iustin Dobre torching a bus durig a night of trouble in Harehills, Leeds, went viral on social media.

Trouble broke out in July after social services were called to deal with a child protection issue, bringing the Harehills area to a standstill.

Large crowds gathered, vehicles were set on fire and emergency workers were attacked during disturbances lasting several hours.
