GWR is blaming the lack of staff on engineering work, sickness and a lack of workers doing overtime because of England's Euros final match in Germany.

A report by the Rail Accidents Investigation Branch said that trains there were exceeding the speed limit.

Great Western Railway (GWR) is conducting a 12-month pilot of the technology on the two-and-a-half-mile Greenford branch line in west London.
