Three people have been saved after their yacht dramatically ran aground six miles off the east Kent coast.

There are calls for a public inquiry into Dover's multi-million-pound new marina, which is lying empty because the waters are too choppy to moor boats.

It means divers can visit the wooden cargo vessels but their contents must remain in place.
