Andrew Smith says he has not slept in weeks as Gloucestershire County Council wants to buy his home to make way for a dual carriageway and 4,000 new homes.

The cuts were at the centre of a Parliament debate held on Wednesday 11 September.

Voluntary litter pickers claim the council do not empty the bins enough and rubbish is "constantly overflowing".
