Flood Warning

1 in 7 homes and businesses in Wales are at risk of flooding and, as the climate warms, there are warnings that the number of extreme weather events will grow.

More than 40 residents were asked to leave their houses water began to rise to around two feet following constant rain throughout the day.

People are being urged to "avoid using low lying footpaths and any bridges near local watercourses" and also to take care while walking, cycling or driving.
