Flood Scheme

Jersey's government have detailed the shortlist of options to improve flood defences at Havre de Pas.

They've been helping to build barriers, timber fencing and storage units that will hold back water during heavy rainfall, and reduce flood risk downstream.

A new public inquiry on the Whitesands floods project will be held, following the new Labour-SNP coalition council in Dumfries and Galloway.
