Fireworks Display

Guernsey Waste are reminding islanders how to safely dispose of fireworks to avoid putting themselves and staff at recycling facilities at risk of harm.

Fireworks and flares were reportedly set off by football fans on the nearby Millennium Bridge.

Some fireworks at a school display in Caerphilly misfired and exploded close to the crowd on Monday night.
