Father Christmas

Along with the Christmas Switch On, islanders had the chance to watch the parade and hand Father Christmas himself their wishlists.

The letter, penned by 10-year-old Lilly, speaks of Santa Claus falling ill, making him unable to deliver presents to their home for Christmas.

Around 600 people all dressed as Father Christmas took to the streets of Plymouth for the return of the fundraising Santa fun run.
