McDonald's has lost the EU trademark for 'Big Mac' in relation to chicken sandwiches as part of a long-running legal battle with an Irish restaurant chain.

When asked in 2019 if fast-food had become healthier since his documentary was released Morgan Spurlock said: "Well, the marketing sure has!"

Residents are strongly opposed to the proposals for a fast food restaurant, car park and signage.
