GB's bronze medal winning women's 4x100m relay team have revealed one of the secret's to their success: singing Hannah Montana and High School Musical songs.

Asher-Smith has said she will be pulling out of the 200 metres at the Tokyo games, after failing to make the 100 metre final earlier on Saturday.

Star sprinter Dina Asher-Smith said the IOC's previous attempt to stifle protest was 'unenforceable'.
