Dance Class

Scott Mills - or 'Bboy Shadow' - has taught breakdancing to schoolchildren for over a decade.

The 'Dancing in the Dark' class involves waving neon glow sticks and working up a sweat to a nightclub-style playlist.

A weekend dedicated to dance and ageing is taking place aiming to remind a generation of dancers of the lifelong joys of the activity.
