Cyclist Death

Vignesh Pattabi Raman, 36, was killed on a misguided belief that he had instigated an investigation into a restaurant employing illegal immigrants.

Emergency services attended the scene in Addington Road on 14 February where 36-year-old Vignesh Pattabi Raman had been hit by a car.

Stuart Simons died from catastrophic injuries whilst cycling to work, leaving behind his wife and two young daughters
