A man who chanted about Hillsborough on the eve of the disaster has been banned from all football games for three years.

The 76-year-old, who was taken to hospital after falling ill during a training session on Thursday, is “out of hospital and doing well”.

The 76-year-old was due to speak at a scheduled press conference which was suddenly cancelled.
