The death of a woman in a dog attack in south-west Ireland has shocked the local community.

The PSNI have arrested a man on suspicion of murder after a young woman was fatally assaulted in Limerick city on Tuesday.

An elderly couple have died in a crash between their car and a lorry while on holiday in Co Limerick.
