Footage obtained by ITV News shows the moment children’s doctor Salman Siddiqi was caught by a so-called 'paedophile hunter' at a hospital in Margate, Kent.

The Scottish Borders Council is set to spend £150,000 on child protection procedures following abuse allegations.
