Mansfield para-canoe champion Charlotte Henshaw is urging more women to talk openly about their menstrual health after she was diagnosed with endometriosis.

A quartet of Olympic and paralympic medallists led by Rebeca Adlington will be welcomed home by thousands in their home town of Mansfield.
