Louis Hood has a life-limiting condition and has undergone three open-heart surgeries in his short life.

Officers were called to a serious assault in Pengegon Way in the Cornish town at around 11:55pm on Thursday 21 November.

A crossbow related to the attack has now been seized and the victim is said to be in hospital with life-threatening injuries.
