Bristol International Balloon Fiesta

Due to high winds the final planned mass ascent of the weekend could not take place.

Jo Bailey, co-founder of Bailey Balloons, has attended the fiesta every year since 1994.

According to Chris Allcock the event costs £900k a year to run and requires hundreds of staff.
