A little boy facing a lifetime of disability after a traumatic birth at a Bristol hospital has won a package worth up to £23 million.
The boy, part of a Congolese family who crossed into Uganda earlier in the week, was vomiting blood and died overnight, said officials.
Emergency services were able to pull the boy to safety after people on the shore spotted him sinking and raised the alarm.
