A Blue Plaque has been unveiled on Guernsey's Le Platon Home for its founder - Edith Renouf MBE - who donated all her personal wealth to the residential home.
The Duchess in Leeds hosted some legendary music acts who went on to gain stardom. The building will be given a blue plaque.
