More than one million women were given the drug Primodos in the 1960s and 70s, and they claim it led to stillbirths and miscarriages.

All of Pam's children have health conditions, including her two daughters who died in childhood. Pam says the complications were brought on by the drug.

The study found the current upper limit of folic acid of 1mg a day to be based on "flawed analysis."
