The retail tycoon’s Taveta Investments is seeking a judicial review on the Financial Reporting Council’s findings.

Frank Field is writing to the FRC to demand information about how Sir Philip Green wishes to alter its report.

It comes after the collapse of BHS in 2016 with a £571 million deficit in its pot for 19,000 pension holders.
