Hamish has spent months growing and learning how to be a wild beaver in a special nursery enclosure. 

The species were reintroduced to the area last year to boost biodiversity

The team in the Forder Valley have brought a female beaver in the hope of expanding the wildlife reserve.

The species, which were hunted to extinction in the 16th century, will be introduced in a scheme in the Eden Valley.
