David Bateson was put in remission for skin cancer after five years of treatment. He has raised over £50,000 to say thank you to Addenbrooke's Hospital.

Inspectors found that there were not enough staff to care for women and children, and that some patients also faced longer waiting times.

It is claimed the tool, called OSAIRIS, could cut time patients have to wait between referral for radiotherapy and starting treatment.
