Denver Airport terminal evacuated amid 'possible security threat'

Denver International Airport has evacuated part of its main terminal to investigate a "possible security threat".

Several airlines, including British Airways and American Airlines, had ticket counters inside the area evacuated.

The security alert came in the wake of terror attacks in Brussels earlier on Tuesday.

British Airways flights may be affected by a partial evacuation at Denver International Airport this evening, amid a "possible security threat."

The airport has cleared a section of its main terminal and it said police are investigating.
