British hostage John Cantlie appears in third IS propaganda video

British journalist John Cantlie, held hostage by Islamic State militants, has appeared in a third propaganda video published by the terror group.

He describes himself as a "long term prisoner of the Islamic State" and describes reads from a script which describes Barack Obama's foreign policy as "disappointingly predictable".

He describes himself as a "long term prisoner of the Islamic State" and reads from a script which criticises Barack Obama's "disappointingly predictable" military policy.

As in the previous two videos in which Cantlie appears, the photojournalist from Surrey is seen wearing an orange jumpsuit and is sat at a desk in a documentary-style film which lasts around five minutes.

All three videos appear to have been made with the hostage under duress.
