Two women and three children have been killed after a house fire in Sheffield. Police and fire officers have begun an investigation into the blaze in the Sharrow area of the city.

Family cousin: They were 'happy, energetic boys'
A family member of the two women and three children who died in the blaze said he had only just seen the two boys at the weekend and that they were "happy, energetic boys."
Cousin Ishfaq Hussain Kayani spoke to Dom Reynolds at Channel 5 after a grandmother, aunt, two children and a nine-week-old baby died at Wake Road in the Sharrow area of the city.

Parents had not yet named tragic house fire baby
It is understood a 9-week-old baby who died in a house fire which also killed four other family members had not yet been given a name by her parents. The fire started in the early hours of this morning (Monday April 28, 2014) at the house in Wake Road in Sharrow.
Sheffield deaths reminder of fire's 'devastating effects'
The house fire that claimed the lives of five people, including three children, in Sheffield is "a tragic reminder of the devastating effects of fire", a spokesperson for the fire service has said.
Phil Shillito, South Yorkshire Fire and Rescue area manager, said 25 firefighters were sent to tackle the blaze.
He also confirmed that a smoke detector was present in the property.
Mother 'beyond consoling' after children die in fire
The mother of three children who died in a house fire in Sheffield was "beyond consoling" and in a state of shock after she surviving the blaze, a relative has said.
Ishfaq Hussain Kayani, the cousin of the 54-year-old grandmother who died in the blaze, said Razia Nazim Kayani "managed to escape".
"The grandmother of the children, she made attempts to rescue the children but obviously it wasn't to be," he added.

Family who died in house fire named locally
The family who died in a house fire in the early hours of this morning (Monday April, 2014) in Sheffield have been named locally.
They were grandmother, Shabbina Begum who was 54, her 20-year-old daughter Anum Parwaiz Kayani, nine-year-old Adhyan Parwaiz Kayani and 7-year-old Amaan Parwaiz Kayani. The nine week old baby who also died has not been named.
An investigation into what caused the fire at Wake Road in the Sharrow area of the city continues.
Relatives arrive at scene of fatal house fire
Relatives of the five people who died when fire broke out at a house in Sheffield have been arriving at the scene. A grandmother, aunt and three children died in the fire on Wake Road in Sharrow.
Cousin Ishfaq Kayani, said the children's grandmother went back into the house in an attempt to save them.
South Yorkshire Fire and Rescue said the fire began shortly after midnight on Wake Road. Four fire engines were called to the scene and an aerial ladder was used to fight the fire. Police and ambulance services also went to the house after receiving emergency calls. The road remains closed.
'Worst thing I have ever seen in my life', says neighbour
Two neighbours who live near the scene of a house fire in Sharrow, Sheffield which claimed the lives of five people have been talking to ITV reporter Adam Fowler about what they saw.
One said the scene was "horrible" and "probably the worst thing I've ever seen in my life".
Two women aged 54 and 20 and three children including a nine week old baby died in the fire.
