Only Fools and Horses star Roger Lloyd Pack has died at his London home last night, surrounded by his family, his agent said. He had been suffering from pancreatic cancer. He was best known for playing Trigger, but was also a successful stage actor.

Daughter 'devastated' by death of Roger Lloyd Pack
The daughter of Only Fools and Horses actor Roger Lloyd Pack has said her father "touched the hearts of many people".
In a statement, Emily Lloyd said: "I am devastated by the death of my father whom I loved dearly."He bore his terrible illness with incredible bravery and his family were at his bedside when he passed away.
"Roger has touched the hearts of many people during a career that spanned nearly 50 years on stage and screen and I want to thank everyone for their wonderful wishes."

Gwyneth Strong, who played Cassandra in Only Fools and Horses, has said "today is a very sad day,' following the news of the death of her co-star Roger Loyd Pack.
She said: "It's a very sad day. I have lost a true friend and anincredibly gifted work colleague."

After hearing of the death of Roger Lloyd Pack, Nicholas Lyndhurst has paid tribute to his former Only Fools and Horses co-star.
He told ITV News: "I'm so saddened to hear about Roger. He was the most accomplished actor and loved by millions. I will miss him greatly.”

Despite appearing as a successful stage actor and in numerous television and film dramas, Roger Lloyd Pack knew he would always be best known as Trigger.
Roger Lloyd Pack died at home in London last night surrounded by his family following a long battle with pancreatic cancer.
In a 2012 interview with the Guardian, he said: "People will never stop shouting "Trigger!" at me in the street.
"The other day I jumped some lights on my bike because someone was hollering at me. A police van pulled me over, and when I stopped they also shouted: "Trigger!". It can be very annoying."
