Hillsborough song is Xmas No. 1

Global Radio has announced the Hillsborough tragedy tribute single has topped the charts to become the 2012 Christmas number one.

The Justice Collective's version of He Ain't Heavy, He's My Brother sold more than 269,000 copies.

According to the bookmaker William Hill, the Christmas number one single race is a two horse race between the Hillsborough charity single 'He Ain't Heavy, He's My Brother' and "The X Factor" winner James Arthur's song, Impossible'.
