A 24-year-old will appear at Westminster Magistrates' Court today charged with two offences. Mohammed Shabir Ali is accused of possessing a document entitled 44 Ways to Support Jihad and with assisting another person to commit acts of terrorism.

Man charged over terrorism offences to appear in court on Wednesday
Mohammed Shabir Ali will appear at Westminster Magistrates' Court on Wednesday charged over the two offences which are alleged to have taken place between August 20 2008 and June 21 last year.
A Scotland Yard spokesman said two men, aged 24 and 30, and a 21-year-old woman, remained in police custody.
