Dover MP suspended by Party ''denies wrongdoing''

Dover MP Charlie Elphicke has denied any wrongdoing after the Conservative Party suspended him in connection with what it described as ''serious allegations.''

The Tories say they've passed on details to the Police....while Mr Elphicke says he does not know the nature of the allegations.

Mr Elphicke has received the support of local Tory colleagues who say he is innocent until proven guilty.
